Integrative Wellness Experience by Arka Anugraha Hospital
Modern life places continuous pressure on both the mind and body. Stress, poor sleep, fatigue, digestive discomfort, anxiety, and body aches often appear as separate problems. In reality, they are deeply connected through the nervous system. The Mind–Body Wellness Session by Arka Anugraha Hospital is a guided, experiential programme designed to gently restore balance across physical, emotional, and mental health. No prior yoga, meditation, or wellness experience is required.
This session introduces participants to the science-backed connection between the nervous system, emotions, breathing, and physical health through simple movement, breathwork, and live demonstrations.
Rather than theory alone, participants experience how small changes in breath, posture, and awareness can reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and improve overall wellbeing.
This session is ideal for:
Working professionals managing stress
Seniors seeking gentle, safe movement
Homemakers experiencing fatigue or emotional overload
Teenagers and young adults under academic pressure
