The Mind–Body Wellness Session by Arka Anugraha Hospital is a guided, experiential programme designed to gently restore balance across physical, emotional, and mental health. No prior yoga, meditation, or wellness experience is required.

This session introduces participants to the science-backed connection between the nervous system, emotions, breathing, and physical health through simple movement, breathwork, and live demonstrations.
