The training is open to everyone, including the general public, medical professionals, security personnel, corporate employees, and lifeguards. No prior experience is required.

How should I prepare for the training session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Prior reading on basic CPR concepts can be helpful but is not mandatory.

What do I need to bring to the training session?

Just bring yourself and a form of identification. All training materials, including manikins and AED devices, will be provided.

How long is the post-training certification valid?

The certification is valid for two years. We offer refresher courses for re-certification.
